  The shipping was fast. The packaging was good with a clear label. The item was as described, an opened box item, but never used. The value was the best I could find after comparing prices on this item, before I decided. The box came in from shipping a little damaged. One end was slightly crushed not enough to assume any harm was done,but 2 small pieces were lost in shipping, the blade clamp and it's screw. Seller was very understanding,he gave me a partial refund & Iet me retain the merch too!

  Always leery of purchasing items that are listed as "New Open Box" and returns not accepted. This item came very quickly, my offer was accepted promptly and the item was as described. Will definitely purchase from seller in the future as this was a wonderful experience. Thank You!!!

  Excellent transaction. Ordered in the evening and by next day it had shipped and tracking info provided. Received two days after. Seller definitely on the ball, and item is good! Highly recommend.
