Upon delivery, I found they were very securely wrapped for shipment and arrived in perfect condition. In addition, the bowls are in pristine condition, even more beautiful than the pictures. Excellent quality and a great value. I am so very pleased to add these bowls to my collection!

  EXCELLENT !!!! I have been looking for replacement bowls for a long discontinued pattern . They were patient and answered my questions . When the replacement bowls arrived , they were perfect! Mint condition really was! worth every penny. I was able to find 4 other bowls from another company and that seems all that currently exist. The other company wanted twice the price.   Awesome transaction with this seller. I needed two mugs to replace the ones that have been broken and chipped. I was so happy to find what I needed. The pricing was best, even over other sites! The mugs arrived swiftly and were packaged very well so that nothing was damaged during transit. Top notch!

  I had needed to replace 2 of the measuring cups because one went missing and another was broken. I was extremely happy seeing these were available at a fair price. These are excellent condition as described with wonderful packaging and shipping fast. I would buy from the seller again.

  Highest marks for seller....5 stars across the board!!!!! Item in pristine condition and exactly as pictured. Shipped promptly with very careful packaging. Four star ratings are not related to the seller--just the cost of shipping today in general and the inefficiency and poor communication that apparently are all too common in the postal system today.
