  Laptop came well packaged, wrapped in bubble wrap all around. Was better then described in condition. Price + shipping cost was a great deal. Given that this was an as is, and sold for parts item I have very little to say negatively about this item. The only thing I will say is that an item with a description of unknown ram/ssd suggests there is ram/ssd in the item, not NONE. That said it was a steal as it works perfectly as you will see in the enclosed pics. I still recommend this seller to all

  This was great experience for me , I emailed the seller before purchasing they keyboard and the seller responded fast professional answering my questions regarding this item , the price was the best I could find everywhere I searched online and at stores , I received my package to I was happy and surprised the package was wrapped and protected great with paper sell , very recommended thank you very much .

  Controller arrived decently packed. Even labeled which analog stick is the issue so if I were replacing with the standard 1:1 I could do so easily. Controller appearance is in great shape with only minor scuffs from normal use. Product is definitely as described in listing. I will be continuing to buy from here. Price is on par with the going rate but definitely enjoyed the free shipping. Quality service from this seller.

  I received the computer in very good condition . Delivery was fast and the unit was very well packed to protect it. The computer was exactly as represented by the seller. When I went to customize the computer I found out that the Windows 11 Pro Operating system had not been activated. I contacted the seller and they stated that to include an activation key would be cost prohibitive. However, they offered to refund my cost for a key or return the computer for a full refund. I got a key.
