  Listing, Handling, Packing, Labeling, Shipping & Communications as described though in fairness it was A+ with box size, label & exterior packing slip pouch with details, bubble wrap & inside anti-static bag. Fair Value, would buy again. A snafu with USPS needed help from seller. Received prompt help and prevented the box from being returned to seller (for no reason). In the end, I had to retrieve it from the local post office (because a new USPS employee has no brain). Great Seller, A+.

  Let’s start by saying I was a little worried about purchasing used drives on here however I was very pleasantly surprised Packaging 10 of 10 Items are exactly what I ordered in appearance and quality Shipping time was great The condition of 8 of the 9 drives is acceptable 1 drive probably damaged in shipping is clicking loudly but for the price I’m not sure I even consider this a loss and probably won’t even reach out for the return on it Overall I will buy again A++++ seller

  I am happy with the purchase I made from this seller. The item was accurately described and well packaged. It did take 5 days for the seller to drop off at USPS after purchasing the item, so that is not ideal. I would still highly recommend this seller.

  Item as described. External SSD was packaged excellent and arrived on time! Was listed as 'Open box', but upon unpacking it looked like the box was still factory sealed & the contents looked untouched/brand new! Thanks. A great seller!!!!

  Very great seller sold item at a great Value and condition was awesome, system came with wrong power cable but they were quick to resolve the issue the same day I highly recommend seller as the listing I purchased also came in a good quality appearance. Shipping was very quick as well 100% great experience.
