Exactly as described and pictured. Shipped in only a plastic envelope. The filter cartridges survive transit, but the individual retail boxes and contents of each cartridge take a beating and get distributed throughout bag. Bag had tears, but not big enough for anything to escape and get lost during transit. I prefer filter cartridges shipped in a standard cardboard shipping box.
