  I will say this seller is a serious one! The shipping was soo fast!! You can tell they care about the product being bought from their customers! They aim to please and they didn't disappoint at all! it was well packed in bubble wrap and the description of the product well explained! It was in excellent condition and works as said it would! Great value for the price and especially on the shipping it's free!! I'm very happy with my product. I highly recommend this seller they won't disappoint!

  The item: a Bogen tripod; seller shipped fast, and when received, I noted that there was a defect, although overall the rest of it looked in excellent condition. Contacted seller who immediately offered a very reasonable solution and explanation, and made things right.   Product is great, is exactly as described. Free shipping is nice too. Price is great. No scratches or scuffs that I noticed. Looks good, and works well. Item was shipped fast, however fedex is def. not a great logistics company, but cant really complain since shipping was free. Item took two weeks for fedex to deliver domestically. Would 100% suggest this seller based on my purchasing experience, specifically price and condition of the item and how fast they did ship the item.
