  Seller mistakenly shipped out another item but was prompt to respond when contacted and remained communicative throughout the process with updating status etc. Seller also provided a little extra gift for being patient with the entire process—which is greatly appreciated.   This is the most expensive product I've ever purchased, and the transaction was successful. Thank you to the seller. There were some issues with the processor, as there was a lot of carbon buildup on the processor cover from the old thermal paste, so I had to clean it with isopropyl alcohol. The seller answered all the questions perfectly, and I want to mention that the product was well and safely packaged.

  The seller was quick with all their responses when negotiating the price. Once I purchased, they got here quickly. And they are more GORGEOUS in person than the pics portray.
