So I then contacted the seller who was great. They found out the issue and offered either a refund or post me out a new item. I opted for new item. Which arrived as described. She responded quickly to my message, fast delivery and good packaging. Reliable and helpful seller and the hair dyes are fantastic. It covers gray hair very well and my hair had grown out a lot. I got 3 hair dyes at a great price, with the next order I hope I can write more about the durability, but it already looks much better than with other dyes
