THE CONDITION OF THE CARD WAS EXCELLENT AS IT ARRIVED IN A JIFFY BAG WITH FRAGILE TAPE ON IT. THE QUALITY OF THE CARD WAS GREAT AS THE WORDS WERE REALLY NICE. THE CARD WAS VALUE FOR MONEY. THE APPEARANCE OF THE CARD WAS VERY GOOD AS IT WAS GLOSSY AND THE WRITING WAS BLACK AND RED. I LOOK FORWARD TO BUYING FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN IN THE NOT SO DISTANT FUTURE. 10/10

  This card was ordered on June 11th and due to arrive Friday/Saturday 13/14th...it just arrived today Tuesday 17th, almost too late to post on in time for the occasion it was bought for. The card itself is lovely, and safely packaged, no creases, but the tracking is less than useless. Royal Mail only "update when delivery has been attempted", and even though I've finally got it, it still gives no information. A bit disappointed really.

  To keep prices low we use a service which only updates on delivery. If we used a fully tracked service we would have to charge extra for this which would make the cards too expensive. You can opt to choose 1st Class or fully tracked services when checking out but we do charge extra for this. We are aware that there are currently delays with Royal Mail in some areas which is causing some customers to receive their items later than expected, we apologise if this happened here.
