  I’m really happy with the service I received. My questions were answered promptly. The filters are exactly as described in the listing, & it was a good deal, original Brita filters at a fraction of the retail price. Not only that, I received 3 more filters (right size btw) in the package. I was anxious about the delivery time & that was taken care of too. They were packaged & mailed straight away, receiving them within 48 hours, & the seller kept me informed all the way. Highly recommend.

  Delighted with my purchase. I needed a replacement Doro Easyphone for my aging mother and was relieved to find the exact same model was available through this seller. It arrived a day early and in perfect condition, exactly as described and in a sealed box, so I felt very reassured that I was definitely the first person to handle this phone. I had it set up in no time so I’ve now a very happy 87 year old mum who’s back up and running with mobile phone and text communications again.

  Product appeared new as advertised, however seems a bit pricey. Most disappointing was the delivery time, item was delivered 5 days later than stated time, which inconvenienced me as this was a present and so ended up having to buy another gift because product was delivered late. Packaging could be improved as well.
