  Exactly as described, great quality, well finished, carefully packaged. Good comm's, seller answered my question about the stainless steel spec. within a few minutes. Dispatched very quickly, ordered Tuesday pm, arrived on Thursday. Courier was polite and took care with the packages. Recommended. :-)

  good item, quick delivery. I thought the padlock was missing from the order so I contacted the supplier, Sarah came back to me straight away and told me where in the very protective wrapping I would find it. It was my fault, obviously only having a "man look" ...... totally my fault.

  Great service as asked for a bespoke size which was agreed and made and shipped well within the original time frame allocated. Really good quality and weighted product. So pleased and will be ordering another for my side gate. Certainly recommend and very satisfied. Thank you.

  Great service.. communication was excellent. I’d made an error in my measurements but after contacting the seller they were able to catch the manufacturer and adjust the size. Glass arrived a week earlier than expected too.

  The box arrived almost completely destroyed and the paint is heavily scratched. The item arrived almost a month later than projected with few updates. Customer service at DHL only provided generic emails and were not available by phone. Updates never provided shipping updates. The seller was unhelpful and frankly seemed apathetic to lack of shipping information after dropping the item off for shipping. Shipping fees initially seemed reasonable but I would pay three times as much to avoid DHL.

  Ordered via international shipping programme to be delivered to the USA. Once we deliver to the forwarding courier in our country the delivery is out of our hands and dealt by with ebay and their organised courier.
