    Excellent seller. Fast to reply back to messages. Shipped and packaged with extra care (as seen in my photos). The records are in perfect condition as described. Although I was sad to find out that the program sheet was not included, I am excited and happy to have this in my record collection and in my Judds collection!     The seller shipped the item promptly. The carrier then misplaced or lost the item. I sent a message to the seller who made a valiant effort to locate it. In the end it was lost. The seller refunded my payment graciously. I commend this excellent act of good customer relations.
