  Very helpful seller and excellent communications at all times. I had to return this item. The process was straight forward. Seller organised return and issued refund immediately. No dramas. I liked the item a lot as it ticked all the boxes however it was faulty which wasn't the sellers fault. I would recommend this trustworthy seller. Thank you so much.

  This item arrived with a broken pipe and no coals, the seller stated that the fire should only have the fake fire bed and not real coals and he would amend its description ( he didnt), I stated my friend had the same item and it came with real coals. The seller then stated it did in fact come with real coals. He said i could either have a refund or new parts which would arrive in 3 -5 days I opted for new parts. I'm still waiting 7 days later. I won't be buying from this seller again

  Good customer service, item arrived as described and on the estimated delivery date. Early days but so far so good with the performance of the fire. Bought to replace a redundant gas fire which was removed as unused. Electric fire bought mainly for effect. Overall pleased with this purchase and seller.
