  Fast and efficient service, my radio was returned well packed and in good working order, having the repair done to my satisfaction. Good communication throughout, most certainly recommend this seller.

  Absolutely excellent,had a problem with the delivery despite it being tracked the item never showed up.The fault was 100% Royal Mails but the seller without argument sent out a replacement not only was it tracked once again but was sent this time by 1st class delivery. So buy with confidence & once again thank you

  Bought as a replacement - good value - arrived quickly. Not Roberts branded but work fine and I can listen to my radio again. I liked the fact that there wasn't any plastic packaging - just wrapped in brown paper in a cardboard box.
