Founded by Microsoft in 2004, The Digital Pipeline project began, personally supported by Bill Gates.
Today, we have evolved into a leading technology charity, providing hundreds of thousands of PC's, laptops and tablets across the UK and developing countries. Delivering an IT based education to an estimated 2.3 million children in the developing World, we support veterans, the homeless, young carers and hospices across the UK with refurbished IT equipment.

The laptop was delivered and came wrapped in cardboard honeycomb material and placed neatly inside a strong box. This alone deserved 10 out of 10 for due diligence. The laptop is an upgrade sold at a great price with some good new features which I'll need to get used to. Described accurately with very minor marks here & there, but this does not affect its use. They weren't ready for me but sat me down, offered me coffee and got my PC ready while I waited. The staff were polite, friendly, accommodating and professional and the item itself was just what was advertised and what I had hoped it would be. All in all, highly recommended. Special mention to the lady who dealt with me, I assume she was the manager and she was wonderful!
