    Shipped fast. Parts were 3D printed, but looked pretty good. Not a perfect color match, but nothing a little paint couldn't fix. Unfortunately, the bubble-wrap envelope wasn't treated well by the shipping service and half the parts were damaged beyond use. The seller was very understanding and was quick to respond to all my messages. They refunded me quickly when I explained what happened and provided images. Good seller, would recommend.

    Thank you for the fast shipping. Item arrived quickly and packaged well. Seller was very easy to communicate with. Will happily purchase from them again! Item as packaging, described, condition, quality, appearance and value. Overall great transaction... However this Clause 4800 did not fit.

    The first two throat plate inserts arrived damaged during shipping. I messaged the seller upon opening the package and sent pictures describing the damage. I shared this with the seller for information purposes since the damage happened during shipping in case seller wanted to change packaging to avoid this from happening to other buyers. Seller was quick to respond and even mailed replacements the next day. Excellent customer service. Item fit perfectly, priced well and arrived fast.
