  Floor mats and cargo mats are as described, new in box. They're lightweight and arrive in a square box, with the cargo mat folded in half. I am hoping the fold line will eventually flatten out, but the function of all mats is 100% functional. Fit Kia Sportage 2024 just fine. Shipping time was reasonable. No issues with this seller or the transaction.

  Had exhaust system come in mail damaged box and missing items out of box. Then contacted seller sent pictures told me he was shipping new item out on jun 18th and two weeks went by and still no package contacted again and said please wait I asked for tracking and never replied another week went by still no sign of package I asked for updates and never got an answer finally it July 29 I messaged again trying to get an answer said I could send back at this point he replied with address and no RMA
