    My purchase, a ring, arrived with undisclosed damage not caused by shipping. The package was unblemished. Its shank was considerably bent and was obviously shipped that way. The ring was also a full size larger than advertised. When I contacted the seller they were dismissive and noncommittal. Told me to open a case and strongly implied I had no evidence despite clear photographs. Generally an unsatisfactory experience. I didn’t return the item because of the hassle, nor did I make any demands.

    Fact 1: This buyer provided zero proof for his claims. Fact 2: The ring in our listing was shown in high-definition photos including a clear photo of the ring on a mandrel (ring sizer). Fact 3: The buyer accused us of patently false business practices. Fact 4: I cordially told him to send the item back, so he could get a full refund. YIKES, EGADS and GADZOOKS!

    Photographs were beautiful and my husband loves wearing it! Made the best Birthday Gift for him. After opening, he put it on. The workmanship and description were exceptional. Shipped quickly and well wrapped using layers of bubble wrap in a snug package. Many thanks.
