    The part was original and new but came out defective, something that can happen with any part. However, what made the difference was the seller's excellent response. He provided precise instructions for returning the defective part and paid for the refund. Impressed by his excellent service and history of positive feedback, I ordered the part again, and the one I received was also new, original, and worked well. In my experience, he is one of the best and most reliable sellers on eBay.

    Got to me faster than expected. The injector works as it should once installed. Need 100k miles on it to determine if it's reliable. No markings on it to see if it's a motorcraft reman. It's not new. Seller responds to questions quickly. Glow plugs were in motorcraft marked bags. Shipping packaged looked well protected. Will purchase from seller again

    Shipper shipped within a day or 2 of order. USPS took 2 days to get it from California to Indpls. They took an additional 11 days to deliver it to my Indpls home. This is the 2nd order that they have done this with. I wish EBay sellers would offer alternative shipping methods as I would NEVER select USPS.
