  First, the model came in excellent condition, seller cares in packaging a lot of cushioning for shipment, however where this seller excels is in communication, I was able to keep in constant touch on updates with my package as it went through shipping, very fast response times.   Hidden and perfect gem , excellent seller communication, carefully packaged and protected but....shipping process was extremely long for this expensive product without a consistent tracking number to follow the product ... it was extremely stressful and don't want to repeat it in my life!! I prefer to pay 10 times more for shipping process to have the product in less than a week after the purchase in my hands.

  Although I wish the Ferrari F430 wasn't quite as pricy as it is, I'm really happy to have one. Definitely the nicest Hot Wheels car in my collection. Great experience with this seller, definitely the newest "new" car in my collection. Arrived in fantastic condition as described. Great communication with seller, received a generous discount, and received the car much more quickly than expected. Would definitely buy from this seller again.
