    Shipping hiccup due to FedEx/EBAY processes but seller was very helpful. Communication was one of the best experiences I've had, including follow-up communication. Item was just as described and purchased as "Open Box". Packaging indicates someone either changed their mind and returned the unit or the unit was a display/demo model, BUT all was as expected and well worth the discounted price. AAA++++++ seller, highly recommended.

    The wront item was received. However, I contacted the seller. He shipped the correct item the same day. It was an open box, but the packaging was brand new with all the items in lthe box. This is a eBay great seller and I would highly recommend him to anyone. This was a great transaction and am looking to doing future business with him.

    Item exactly as described and was shipped out immediately! Price was very good and a missing part was disclosed in the listing title. Seller was very responsive to multiple questions and even followed up after delivery to make sure everything was satisfactory.     The item I bought was in great condition and shipped promptly. It was shipped without the remote by mistake, but communication was great and the remote was shipped quickly after discovering it was missing. The seller responded immediately to my concerns and was very good about addressing them. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone who is looking for quality items and great communication!
