I did start to wonder what was going on after 5 days without an update. On day 7 the tracking was provided. It would have been nice to have gotten a message informing me of late shipment. All in all I got what I ordered so I’m not upset. Yes, I would order from this seller again

Its is a fairly thick, somewhat heavy book, and It arrived in Perfect Condition. It was bound on the side with a 1/4" thick grey felt, then tightly wrapped with a plastic wrap. Excellent. Book condition was perfect as described. Excellent preparation and packaging materials used in handling of product to ensure no damage occurred during shipping. A book this size and weight could easily have arrived w the binding broken. Really great job.

They emailed promptly to ask if I'd prefer a refund or did I want to select another product to add to my order. I opted for the refund which was promptly processed. The incense arrived really quickly, wrapped very well for the journey. So I had a positive experience with this seller, and I'd be happy to order from them again. Thanks!

These, in turn, were securely wrapped in bubbled packaging. Therefore, there was no breakage or spillage. Brama Kamal is my absolute favourite scent! Shipping took some time, but overall I'm happy with the transaction. The plastic wrap did have a bad smell to it.
