  6 Pfalzgraff White ice cream cone cups arrived, unfortunately one was broken. See Picture. Box was in good condition (see picture); however, one cup (bottom of two stacked together) arrived broken. Otherwise product in good condition as described. Bubble wrap used, but not between cups.

  The shop owner was so kind to send me a email as to whyy the tracking was not showing. I did not even ask about the tracking, but they went ahead to communicate this mishap to me, which is greatly appreciated. The price was more than fair, and it was delivered in a timely manner. The description was exactly as listed.
