  The seller's website states that UPS shipping costs $29.99. After placing the order, they sent a message stating that shipping costs $354, but they didn't provide any information on how to pay. I sent them a message asking for payment details, but they never provided any information. Then they canceled the order, explaining that the delivery address wasn't correct. However, eBay can verify that I have a long history of purchases from the same address. Terrible seller!.

  Item as described, fixed no start on 1997 Avalon. Quick shipping BUT shipped with USPS instead of stated FedEx. Shipped in large padded envelope instead of proper box, shipping price was $15. Still happy, good price for item.
