    Item arrived as described but item's packaging suggested that it was not comaptible with my old computer. I contacted the seller, who was extremely helpful and confirmed that the item was compatible with my computer. The seller also answered an additional question that was not directly related to the item. Great service

    When the original delivery arrived, one of the items was not in the pack. On contacting the Ebayer with a courteous email, I received an equally courteous reply, and the original missing item arrived the following day. This is a brilliant and Trustable Ebayer, and I will have no hesitation in dealing with them again. Thank you Luke, much appreciated AAA!!!

    Good communication, order arrived as described. The only problem was posting, but I don't blame the seller, the problem is with Royal mail. The seller send my order with 48 hours service, provide tracking, arrived after almost 2 weeks. I will recommend.

    Item ordered several weeks ago, but not received. The seller responded very quickly and said a replacement would be posted 1st Class, but then found that they were Out of Stock! Eventually received. Item was sufficiently packaged and was excellent quality. New condition in manufacturers packaging, and good value for money. Excellent communication with the seller
