I’d checked about 5 or 6 times to make sure I hadn’t overlooked it. They proceeded to tell me to check again because it should have been there. Accused me of having a bad day, when all I wanted was my order. Then, without asking me, refundedw the $$. I would have preferred she sent the item (like she was supposed to the 1st time). Since I paid for shipping, I would have rather had the item.
