    Packaging, shipping, and ordering all went very smoothly and quickly! The greatest surprise was opening the box. The hat was described as used, looked good in the photos, but in the box was a hat that looked brand new and fit wonderfully! I am so happy with the entire transaction and this seller! What a great value and thanks for reuniting me with a hat that I loved!
