    Item received in quick time with good tracking communications. Very well packaged with plenty of bubble wrapping. Item (laptop) as described and in good condition, all elements function well and would be more than happy to buy from the same source again. Good value for money as I reckon it will last a long time. Nice solid appearance, very clean and a top job refurbishing.

    Very good. Helpful seller pre and post sale. Responds quickly to messages. Not sure it's conducive to 24 delivery packages to post so late in the afternoon (daily at around 4.30 p.m. apparently) but a minor complaint and on the whole since this is an excellent eBayer I am more than happy to recommend.

    Arrived well wrapped in bubble wrap by Royal Mail. Upon unwinding the wrap the laptop had noticeable scratches on the top, see photos. As this was sold as used but in pristine condition I had not expected to see any damage on the laptop. Otherwise it is a very nice machine, clean keyboard and spotless screen. I’m disappointed that the machine is not pristine as advertised.
