    Description stated cushion cover is 80x26x4. A size 72x21x3 was sent. Ordered in winter, opened the box and saw error weeks later (my fault). Disappointed. Contacted seller who offered 10% discount on my next purchase..uh, no, I will not purchase from this seller again.

    I ordered an item that did not work with my vehicle. I communicated this with the seller, initially they were helpful advising what to do, in the end we agreed on returning the item for a refund. However since it was international shipping the item was delivered outside of the return window even thought it was shipped before. The seller was made aware of the situation but still refused to assist with any refund.
