  I placed an order with them and the dvd was shipped out promptly…Something must have happened to it in the mail and it didn’t arrive for three weeks, The seller kept me posted and after two weeks issued me a full refund for the missing disc. They were very polite about the problem and responded to my emails promptly. They told me to just keep the dvd even after being refunded. Great customer service
