  10/10 service from this seller. My package got sent in return because i hadnt written the correct adress. When the seller recieved it again I gave him the correct adress and he sent it once more. 10/10 would by from this seller again!

  The "Item Specifics" stated brand new. I received a used item. (see photos) The seller was terribly uncooperative, difficult to deal with and refused the return/refund claiming the item was brand new even though the photos clearly show a used item. It took many days of messaging and eventually explaining to the seller that either he could accept the return or allow eBay to handle it. I hate to leave negative feedback but this was much more than a simple misunderstanding, it was deceit.

  The seller sent me the wrong item. The seller is fighting and threatening me because I am disputing the order. I was sent a pink iPod instead of a product RED iPod. For collectors this is a big deal. I do not recommend this seller based on my experience. See the photos and original listing. I bought the shuffle. For comparison, here is a product RED iPod nano.

  After receiving not 2 but 1 item, which also was not the product described, I placed a negative review assuming it was a scam. But seller convinced me of his good intentions by paying a full refund. So the case is settled for me, I just still need to find the product elsewhere.
