    Seller gave a great price BUT upon receiving the item i was shocked. The shipping was TERRIBLE! Packaging was just unbelievable, not even because i was charged for it did they even try to ship carefully! The condition of the printer on the listing did not match the product upon arrival. The printer was filthy and smelled like cigarette smoke. Seller provided a refund but seeing how bad this item arrived makes me never want to buy from them again. 0/5 would not recommend.

    Seller said it was defective, even though it was tested per description. I responded within minutes saying I wanted it for the shell/parts, and was told it was already sent out with their technician for repairs. Canceled even though I said I wanted it regardless. Promised to let me know when the tech returned it. I gave the benefit of the doubt, but more than a month later and still no update. I can only assume the seller decided to get more for it elsewhere.
