  Shipping was quick and packaging was amazing. Each plate was wrapped in bubble wrap then about three more times they were wrapped together with bubble wrap . If shipping people would have broken these they would have had to have thrown them off the Empire State Building. They were also exactly as described. I would definitely recommend this seller as well as I would buy from this seller again.

  I received this mug on the date given to me thru tracking. The mug was packed very securely. It matched the description and photos of the mug. The price was good and shipping was free. It is a nice addition to my seasonal mug collection.

  This teapot was packed in the most careful and professional manner I have ever seen! It arrived quickly, in perfect condition and just as shown in the listing. The teapot had 3 separate layers of bubble wrap around it. I will enjoy my yellow David Birch teapot for many years to come! Thank you so much.
