Had all intentions to ship correct jacket to her. Then noticed the jacket she purchased was damaged and I contacted her lettering her know that it was damaged and would not sell a damaged item. I gave her a FULL REFUND and told her she could keep the incorrect jacket. But yet this was not good enough for her for me trying to fix the mistake still felt the need to leave a negative feedback. Just can't please people and sometimes mistakes happen.
