Packaging was very good and seller packaged and securely wrapped with cardboard and bubble wrap to prevent breakage in transit. Seller gave me a break or discounted price which I deeply appreciate.   Seller went above and beyond with this transaction- not only did I get a message with more photos of the teapot detailing the crazing mentioned in the description, but it was packed as carefully as possible to ensure this very vintage piece arrive intact. Unfortunately, it did not, and within hours of contacting the seller, my purchase was completely refunded.
