  Seller sent me the wrong mascara. I ordered the better than doll lashes mascara, and was sent the normal better than mascara. I just returned it through eBay. I’ve bought from this seller before and gotten the correct product, so I’m disappointed at how this turned out. I will not be buying from this seller again. I get mistakes happen, but seller also didn’t contact me until after I’d started the return process.

  I want to stress my issue is NOT with Seller sohailat - they handled my order in a very timely fashion. However, I have yet to receive this item due to my (our) issues with our "great" USPS. My item was initially scheduled to be received by Wed, March 26. As of today, April 2, the item is still in-transit and back to the originating USPS facility. Package left Houston on Sunday, March 23 - went to Indianapolis - went to Akron, OH - then went back to New Orleans - now back to Houston.
