They said it was new, which is great but neither you or the seller have heard it work. UPS definitely tore the box up, but it's surrounded with Styrofoam and it was perfect . Great seller, and honest. No worries 👍

Shipping fast and free! Open box but new and authentic. Looks fantastic! I went with the charcoal/black color both times. Why spend a laughable $100 from Apple if you can spend what this cost just bc it’s an open box? I think not lol. Definitely recommend this seller and I’ll definitely be back for more! The description of the phone was listed as “open box.” To me, open box implies that the item was not used. This phone, however, while in excellent condition, is a used phone, so should have been listed in excellent—but used—condition. I would buy from this seller again, if needed.

Saved myself some money by buying an open box. Overall the appearance is good, no scratches, dings, or other damage at all. Shipping was prompt and arrived on time.
