  Very misleading pictures which do NOT show the various nicks and actual poorer than shown condition that the item is in. Very disappointed. We'll keep it to save time and resources. Shipped later than indicated it would be shipped. Item was placed in an envelope, unprotected, as one would expect footwear to be shipped in a box or something more sturdy. Value for the item was fair otherwise.

  Purchase date: July 29. Received on August 13. The clothes were in good shape. I'm glad school doesn't start for another week. I needed to take inventory of these clothes to see what we needed to complete her school clothes. The lack of communication was irritating
