  Packaging could have been better, but it arrived intact and works fine. I had to reinstall windows because it still had an old account on it. Also didn't come with a charging cord. To be fair the listing didn't say it came with one, but it didn't say it didn't either.

  The item arrived in good time. The quality is great. It was well packaged. The condition was as listed except there was a minor problem with the speaker which I immediately reported to the seller. It was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I feel I got good value. Appearance was good . This seller is highly recommended by me.

  Seller described the item as “Perfect in Box” with photos of the box but it arrived only in a small, what appears-to-be, a previously used bubble-wrap envelope. Disappointing to say the least. No way to know if my item was already used, re-packaged and then sold as "Perfect in Box", which it is not. I have purchased multiple versions of this same item from this seller and those were indeed in the original boxes - but not this time. Same price but no box!!!

  The nest doorbell arrived just as described. Brand new in sealed package...supper fast. Great value and quality for the price. Would definitely buy from this seller again without a doubt...thank you!
