    Excellent seller, there was a part missing from one of the boxes but when I messaged they came straight back to me and sent me the replacement part, I couldn’t fault the service I received and would definitely recommend them. Great value and quality planters as described, they go together really easily and look great.

    Item is ok. My complaint is with evri delivery. It kept being delayed. It arrived one week later. I was in but driver just put it on top of my rubbish bin next to the road in bright not sunshine and not informed. Just dumped and run. Very unacceptable. Seller ok but I will not be ordering from them again decause of delivery company

    I purchased 3x 15kg pet bins; chose seller because of his good price with mulitple items plus seller’s high percentage of excellent feedback. Bins arrived promptly and very happy with quality but there was damage to one bin lid. Messaged seller and even though it was at the weekend, seller responded quickly. Without any quibble, he put a replacement in the post which arrived by "next day" delivery. Excellent service and a credit to eBay. Thank you. AAAA++++
