  Item lid is blue inside the photos but arrives with grey lid wrong coulour. Spoke to seller who was happy for me to return the item back to them with the postage label provided. Other then that buyer responds to email quickly and offered a refund when package arrives to them. This is why I marked it as positive on the behalf of communication rather then item quality.

  Excellent seller, there was a part missing from one of the boxes but when I messaged they came straight back to me and sent me the replacement part, I couldn’t fault the service I received and would definitely recommend them. Great value and quality planters as described, they go together really easily and look great.

  Item is ok. My complaint is with evri delivery. It kept being delayed. It arrived one week later. I was in but driver just put it on top of my rubbish bin next to the road in bright not sunshine and not informed. Just dumped and run. Very unacceptable. Seller ok but I will not be ordering from them again decause of delivery company
