    I ordered the Santoprene pieces. The parts were mailed quickly from my order date. The problem was with USPS. The package was delayed and I sent a message to ask if they could help. Their response was very quick with all of the information you want to here as a customer. They opened a lost mail case with USPS and stated that if USPS couldn't find it they would replace them at no charge. The parts arrived and they are AA+++. I highly recommend this shop and will use them again. Thanks!

    Excellent transaction! Everything went very well with no issues. Item was packed very well and was received in undamaged condition. Seller shipped item fast and it arrived in a timely manner.
