  Very pleased with this in all respects. Kass Tech was great to deal with and very personable with my enquiries on the product and delivery process. The computer is better than described and seems brand new for a 2 year old device. The price was right for me, quality great. I would have liked the original Apple box but that is no problem, item was well packaged in a custom box and arrived with 24 hours. I highly recommend this eBay trader and would not hesitate to buy again. *****

  Good value for money and works for what I need it for. The Mac’s condition was as described. There was a password on the Mac and I wasn’t told by the seller what it was, however it only took a simple guess to work it out. The Mac did require some updates but that was not really an issue, it just took up quite a bit of time. Postage was very fast and the item was packaged well. I cannot see that I have received an invoice from the seller and so I will message and ask for this. Thank you.

  Outstanding transaction. Perfect quality, high-specced Mac Studio M1 Ultra, exactly as advertised. Ready to go. Had to work out the generic password myself but I’m used to the usual combinations so I could set my own Admin User up. Fabulous packaging, 24hr Delivery. Good comms from the Seller, despite what a few others have said, I only experienced a decent fella with courtesy and professionalism. I’ll be sending my pals his way to buy more fair priced Apple Silicon nearly-new Macs. A+
