  Great experience and transaction. Seller communicated well with timely responses. The only reason it's not a 5 star rating is because the description stated that it was new in Manufacturer packaging. The items certainly looked new and in the original manufacturer box but not the plastic shrink around the filter. For a drinking water filter, I think that it's an important distinction

  There was a little delay in my order, but it was not the seller’s fault just USPS being very bad a package tracking so it circled around the same facility for weeks on end. The seller was fantastic. They contacted USPS and they came back to me with immediate updates. Top tier service and would buy again!!!

  The Monitor arrived soon and works perfectly. It was packed very carefully to avoid damage. I bought it because the seller gave me a 3 week return window if it was not working. I would definitely use this seller in the future.
