  We had an issue with shipping, but the seller went above and beyond to correct the matter by sending a replacement when the original did not show up. The replacement arrived extremely fast! I highly recommend this seller and would gladly use him again. The capacitors I received were of excellent quality and value. I was able to repair my client's Carver amplifier. Everyone was more than happy with the outcome.

  I guess the shipment was picked up, but never scanned and thus not delivered. No fault of the seller. In fact I feel bad because I was upset (having had almost nothing but bad experiences here) but the quickly responded, issued an immediate refund, and still lost their item. So far one of the very few trustworthy sellers I've dealt with here.
