  Fast delivery and as described the item was new with all the pieces present and sealed in the box. My reasoning for rating 4* is because unfortunately the box is damaged but it looks like a Lego piece has pushed through the inside, so I'm assuming it was damaged in delivery. Reasonably priced considering the set is retired and getting harder to come by. I would use this seller again in future, but challenge any unlisted box damage next time. All pieces were intact and good quality in the box.

  As described, brand new in box. Perfect condition and all peripheral items in box too. Great value for a quality piece of kit. Royal Mail tracking is useless but my item arrived on time non the less. Great communication from this seller. Recommended

  Brilliant seller! They made a great offer based on my watch list. I asked if the offer could be transferred to a different colour that I preferred. This was done immediately. Order was placed Thursday. It was packed and posted same day and delivered by Royal Mail early Saturday morning. Great customer service and very efficient. The Gutermann thread is excellent quality and fantastic value for money when bought as a box of 10 reels. Will definitely use you again. Very pleased. Thank you.

  It was a absolute pleasure to purchase a item, from a top notch eBay seller. With a positively smooth transaction experience process taking place. The item purchased was rapidly despatched and delivered in a very short convenient timeframe period. Once first handled by myself i can say the item was very well packaged in a very sturdy outer layer.   How did I miss the best before date ( 1/25 The date was clearly stated on the listing, but I was too focused on the price 🤪and didn’t spot it till it was too late. Anyhoo, item arrived in good time, I’ve absolutely no complaints as it’s my own fault. Great service from a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ seller. Unfortunately I had to bin the bars due to being out of date. Again it’s on me. Positive feedback, as I didn’t read the listing fully ☺️ Tony.
