  The item arrived quickly and was well packaged for the trip. It had plastic end caps and was wrapped in bubble wrap (besides the electrostatic prevention bag). Did look like it is brand new and the item is as described in the listing. Loaded it up and it formatted and partitioned without issue. The item was as described an seems to be working upon initial inspection and configuration. Good value for the price. Would purchase from this seller again. Thanks!

  I ordered one 12TB HDD. Not only did it ship incredibly quickly but it can impeccably packaged. The drive was exactly as described and works perfectly. I plan to order more in the coming weeks as there isn't a better price anywhere to be found for an open box but NEW 12TB hard drive. Happy customer and will order from this seller in the future.

  I WILL NOT BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE! The best seller ever, they fully stand with their product. You cannot go wrong. I had one drive go bad. When I messaged them, in the return message he included my return shipping label. Who on Ebay does this. I know of none that do this. I WILL NOT BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE!
