    Arrived in great condition. Printing was excellent and very clear to follow. Shipped quickly. The value was very good. Cross stitch pattern was packaged very well. This is a 5 star seller. It does not get any better than that. I would buy from seller again.

    Should stay clear of this seller. Did not reply when I called them on shipping costs. Bought four patterns, charged $18.72 to ship to me, cost seller $5.68 in actual shipping. Seller gave discount that was his (her) choice not mine, which only saved me $4. They think discount covers shipping when in fact it saves you nothing. Plan on reporting exuberant shipping costs to eBay commerce as well.
