  My order came in with one of the tools non-functioning. I reached out and they refunded me a considerable portion of my payment for the order. The seller reached out very quickly and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. The box that my order arrived in looked like it had been well used before my order was packed, but the actual tools were as carefully packaged as anything else I have ever purchased on ebay. I will be keeping an eye on their stock and will definitely reorder from them

  Shipping and packaging were great. Good value, and described as ordered. The packing was great, but it does not help when the UPS driver throws it out the back of the truck on the ground. also to let you know, that they rescheduled my shipment eight times once I got to the Belleville shipping.
