  El producto fue tal cual la descripción y si era fibra de carbón real El vendedor fue muy amable y hasta me proporcionó fotos actuales en vivo del producto y ha sido muy atento en todo el proceso lo recomiendo volveré a hacer negocio con él ya que vende a buen precio y el envío fue rápido me gustó mucho la calidad del producto

  Got what I paid for. Vendor was very nice and communicated with me from the get go. The delivery service was down right sorry! Delivered the package to the known wrong address! Had to track my package down in order to receive it!

  The seller was very responsive and tried three times to get ths item to me. In each case the carriers( two different ones were used) either lost or destroyed the contents by bending the package severely. Throughout the whole process, the seller had good communication, apologizing for the delays and asking if I wanted another shipment or refund. I wanted the item, but after three attempts and thus three shipping claims they had to file, I agreed to a full refund. Attentive, professional service.
